## Experience & Leadership

Longhorn Liquid Catering was founded by **Jason Sorrells**, **Ted Estrada**, and **Don Branzuela** (aka [The Mobile Bar Guy](https://www.mobilebarguy.com)), a leadership team with decades of combined experience in beverage service, concessions, and large-scale event operations across Texas.

While the Longhorn Liquid Catering brand is newly launched, its founders have managed beverage programs for:

-   Festivals and large public events
-   Municipal and city-produced gatherings
-   County fairs and multi-day events
-   Corporate and institutional functions
-   High-attendance live events requiring fast, compliant alcohol service

The company was created to formalize and scale this experience into a dedicated, compliance-first beverage operations provider built specifically for public-facing, high-volume events.
